Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Cancel from the billing portal on your account page. Access continues through the end of the current period; no refunds for partial periods.
If I cancel, do my stats and training progress go away?: No. Your account, session history, and module progress stay intact. Quizzes and paid sections lock until you re-subscribe.
Does my running count reset between sessions?: Yes. Each simulator session starts a fresh shoe with RC = 0. The landing test uses its own seeded shoe and starts at a consistent pre-dealt state with RC announced as 0.
What happens if I don't pass a quiz?: No penalty. You can retake a module's quiz unlimited times. You need 9/10 to unlock the next module; 10/10 awards a perfect badge.
Is this real-money gambling?: No. Everything shown in the simulator is simulated. APTrainer is a training product. See our terms.
Do I need a subscription to take the 15-hand test?: No. The landing test is free and requires no account. Subscribing unlocks the training modules and unlimited simulator.
