By using APTrainer (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What APTrainer is

APTrainer is a training app for blackjack strategy, counting, and bet sizing. All money displayed in the sim is simulated. No real-money gambling happens here. Nothing in this service is an offer to gamble for real money.

Not financial advice

The projections and recommendations shown — hourly EV, bet sizing ramps, deviations — are educational tools based on standard blackjack mathematics. They are not financial advice. Real-world gambling outcomes include substantial variance and potential for loss.

Subscription

• Paid features unlock on subscription. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access until then.
• No refunds for partial periods. Annual plans are non-refundable once the period has begun.
• Price changes affect future renewals only and are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or let someone else use your subscription.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reuse the training content outside the app.
• Circumvent the daily sim cap, the module unlock chain, or other access controls.
• Submit false answers to the leaderboard or attempt to inflate scores programmatically.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use APTrainer.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APTrainer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

Intellectual property

APTrainer's training content, question pools, UI, and code are our intellectual property. Standard blackjack mathematics, card values, and strategy charts are not owned by anyone — those are public knowledge. Our presentation of them is licensed to you for personal use only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which APTrainer is based. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by email and noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
